We are distributing FREE Herbal Care Packages to those who are in financial need due to COVID-19 in our local communities in the Washington, DC area or are in our Affordable Access Program.
Packages include immunity supporting items such as: Elderberry Syrup, Echinacea Tinctures, Fire Cider, Wild Cherry Bark Cough Syrup, herbal hand sanitizers, and other herbal immunity and respiratory support products.
Contact us if you are having financial difficulty due to COVID-19 and would like an Herbal Care Package or would like to be a volunteer to help prepare and/or distribute packages.

The Herbal Allies Workshop Series, our first initiative in The Well Being program, consists of quarterly workshops offered on the 1st Saturday of the month to the local community in the Washington, DC area. The workshop series provides an educational resource on ways we can empower ourselves through using complementary and alternative approaches to holistic health and wellness as well as the healing and nourishing benefits and uses of herbs in our daily lives.

Wounded to Well: Healing Through the Chakras™
starts January 30th and runs through July 2021
Wounded to Well: Healing Through the Chakras™ consists of a series of monthly workshops held on the last Saturday of every month, for the local community in the Washington, DC area. During these 90 minute group in-person workshops (virtual during COVID-19), we explore in depth each chakra and its energies, understand how our unhealed traumas can manifest as illnesses and imbalances, and learn ways we can work with each of the chakras to heal ourselves.

Mindset Matters: Manage Your Mind
Mindset Matters: Manage Your Mind consists of a series of coaching workshops held quarterly on the 2nd Saturday of the month for the local community in the Washington, DC area. These one-hour in-person (virtual during the pandemic) group coaching sessions provide attendees with tools and strategies to help rewire the mindset, allowing us to unlock our full potential and be our best, healthiest and happiest.
The Staying Well Program was created to ensure that we can help support the community VIRTUALLY during the COVID-19 pandemic with a variety of virtual events to learn ways to navigate through stress and life where we have little to no control.

Our latest initiative in The Well Being program...
Herbal Medicine Making Workshops consists of workshops offered quarterly on the 2nd Saturday of the month. These hands-on workshops are 2-3 hours long and held in a do-it-yourself environment where participants learn how easy and economical it is to make herbal preparations at home. Everyone can join in to make their own herbal products and take home what they make.
