The Well Being’s Herbal Allies Workshop Series is a series of quarterly workshops offered on the first Saturday of the month to the local community in the Washington, DC area.
The workshops provide an educational resource on ways we can empower ourselves through using complementary and alternative approaches to holistic health and wellness as well as the healing and nourishing benefits and uses of herbs in our daily lives.
Topics include:
Attendees can leave with an herbal product - tea, tincture, capsule, oil – made for the workshop. They also take with them the knowledge of the beneficial properties of the herbs used, how to prepare and use the product at home, and an opportunity to purchase additional herbs and supplies from the Center, thereby generating revenue from sales to supplement donations received from The Well Being's Herbal Allies Workshop Series project.
The Herbal Allies Series is a workshop for The Well Being Program provided by Kim Muehlbauer, Founder and President of Center for the Well Being and also a Certified Mindset Coach, Reiki Master, Herbalist, and Wellness Lifestyle Advocate. Her holistic approach to coaching can be found at The Wellness Mindset Coach™.
