Mindset Matters: Manage Your Mind workshops are held quarterly on the 2nd Saturday of the month.
Mindset Matters: Manage Your Mind consists of a series of coaching workshops offered to the local community in the Washington, DC area. These one-hour in-person (online during COVID) group coaching sessions provide attendees with tools and strategies to help rewire the mindset, allowing us to unlock our full potential and become our best, healthiest and happiest.

Mindset Matters: Manage Your Mind is a workshop for The Well Mind Program provided by Kim Muehlbauer, Founder and President of Center for the Well Being and also a Certified Mindset Coach, Reiki Master, Herbalist, and Wellness Lifestyle Advocate. Our next workshop topic is on developing self-awareness to ensure that we have the strategies to a healthier way of thinking, feeling and approach to living life!
The cost to attend the workshop is a $25 donation. If you cannot afford to make a donation, please contact us. We believe that everyone should have access to health and wellness services.
All donations for this event (and all of our events during this time) go towards our AFFORDABLE ACCESS PROGRAM and FROM THE COMMUNITY APOTHECARY initiatives which are providing FREE services and distributing FREE Herbal Care Packages to those in need in our local communities in the Washington, DC area during the COVID-19 crisis.
